cloud-init
- Competed SRU for 18.2.4 to Ubuntu Xenial and Artful
- SmartOS configure nics which do not surface addr_assign_type info in /sys
- Fix ds-identify to avoid duplicate config checks for IBMCloud enabled
- ds-identify: make shellcheck 0.4.6 happy with ds-identify
- cloud-config.service: run After snap.seeded.service
- CI integration test fixes for Ubuntu Bionic
- Do not rely on host /proc/cmdline in test_net.py from Lars Kellogg-Stedman (LP: #1769952)
